Who you should contact depends on what you mean by "Team Lotus".
There were/are many companies related to Team Lotus and it is difficult to keep track of them all. Until 1991, Team Lotus was operated by Team Lotus International, strongly associated, if not owned, by the Chapman family. From 1991 through 1994, Team Lotus was operated by Team Lotus Limited. Peter Collins and Peter Wright were behind that effort, which ended in bankruptcy in 1994. David Hunt purchased the assests, formed Team Lotus Grand Prix Limited and went into a joint operation agreement with Pacific Grand Prix. Pacific withdrew from Formula One after the 1995 season and Lotus has not competed in Formula One since.
Team Lotus Grand Prix Limited is currently trying to put together a return of Lotus to Formula One.
Classic Team Lotus, operated by the Chapman Family, once occupied Ketteringham Hall, the traditional headquarters of Team Lotus, and now occupy the previous Team Lotus home on Potash Lane, across the street from the Lotus factory. They support Lotus F1 cars through 1990 (Type 102).
The Lotus (ex-)factory FIA GT race team now occupies Ketteringham Hall.
